HISTORY

Eumundi has long been known as the “Arbour Town” for its respect and integration with the environment. Eumundi 110 develops this further with its extensive commitment to retaining and building upon the existing native flora and fauna. One fifth or 3.2 hectares of the site has been dedicated to parkland or drainage reserves, with a wide pallet of endemic trees and wetland planting being undertaken to embellish the natural environment, including establishing new pockets of rainforest.
